Terms of Service

CraftResume is provided to help you write and refine your resume with AI assistance. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Your content

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you include in resumes you create with CraftResume. You retain ownership of your content. We store it so you can edit and export it later, and we don't share it with other users.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to generate misleading or fraudulent content, to attempt to access another user's account or data, or to interfere with the operation of the service.

AI features

When you use the AI-assisted writing features, the relevant text is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate suggestions. AI output may contain errors — review it before relying on it.

CraftResume Pro subscription

The AI writing features are unlocked with CraftResume Pro, an auto-renewable subscription. On the web, billing is handled by Stripe at $9.99/month (or the price shown at checkout). In the iOS app, payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription automatically renews for the same price and period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time — in your Apple Account settings for App Store purchases, or from the Profile screen for Stripe purchases. Apple App Store purchases are also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

Cancellation and account deletion

You can delete your resumes at any time from your dashboard and permanently delete your account from the Profile screen. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, CraftResume is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
